DCS is a web-based application, designed for corporate intranets, and requires no user software to be installed.
This application is built around a simple work-flow. As documents complete each step of the work-flow,
email notifications are sent to authors, approvers and document administrators keeping them informed of progress.
Detailed reports can be generated that provide visibility on the status of documents by project, by author, by product and so on.
All document approvals are made electronically in a secure and convenient manner.
Automatic e-mail reminders can be generated for overdue approvals.
